Guidelines for Zong Device Packages
- To avail Zong device packages you can visit your nearest CSC/Franchise or a retailer nationwide in 3G/4G cities.
- Your mobile number is the master number. You will be getting the usage notifications on this number and if your master number is a Zong number then you can also subscribe bundles and recharge you MBB number.
- To subscribe or unsubscribe any package you can dial *6767# from your Master number or *6363# from your MBB number device interface i.e. 192.168.8.1
- Another way to know your consumption/usage of your internet bundle is by dialling *102# from MBB Number or use Zong device portal 192.168.8.1
- The Zong devices carry 1 year warranty.
- All the pre-paid and post-paid users can use these plans.
How to recharge your Zong MBB Devices:
Zong load
you can visit your nearest Zong service centre, franchise or retailer to recharge your MBB number. You just have to tell them your MBB number and the amount the needs to be charged.
*MBB number is written on SIM jacket, in case SIM jacket is lost please visit your nearest Zong CSC/Franchise with your MBB device, dial 310 from your Zong number. You can also know your MBB number through embedded software in MBB device 192.168.8.1
